Retrofit package for your plant
In case of a modernisation of your plant or if there is a sudden damage on exhaust gas heat exchanger, APROVIS Energy Systems provides solutions professionally and quickly.
An appropriate replacement exhaust gas heat exchanger according state-of-the art will be manufactured by APROVIS Energy Systems. This is independent from the make of original equipment.
The latest project was a damaged exhaust gas heat exchanger make MBN (Maschinen- und Behälterbau GmbH). APROVIS Energy Systems took over complete documentation after MBN had stopped commercial operations. These documents make sure smooth processing of retrofit equipment between customer and APROVIS Energy Systems.
Design example: Replacement exhaust gas heat exchanger for a make MBN which is installed at a site in Hamburg. Thermal output 200kW
th including two separate exhaust gas inlet channels.
For different challenges there will be a suitable solution, too. Our customers simply provide the technical data of the engine, the type and most preferred a drawing with outside dimensions of the equipment. If required we also provide support to re-measure an existing exhaust gas heat exchanger.
